Due to the personal nature of skincare and body care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products once they have been purchased and shipped.
As our products are formulated for direct application to skin, we cannot accept returned items for health, safety, and hygiene reasons. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our products and the safety of all our customers.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@wenonah.co with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective product
- Description of the issue
We will review your case and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@wenonah.co with your order number. We will work with you to locate your package or arrange a replacement if necessary.
Order Errors
If you receive an incorrect product due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@wenonah.co. We will arrange to send you the correct product at no additional charge.
