Coconut & sunflower wax
A soft blend of two plant waxes, hand-poured in small batches. Paraffin-free.
Essential oils
The aroma comes from essential oils alone, so it's lighter and more natural.
Cotton wick
A simple cotton wick, nothing synthetic.
Glass jar with lid
A cut-glass jar with a matching lid. Once the candle is done, wash out the glass and give it a new purpose.

Take your time on the first burn
Let the wax melt all the way to the edge of the jar before you blow it out. This helps prevent tunneling.

Trim the wick, watch the time
Trim the wick to 1/4" before every burn, and burn no more than 3 hours at a time.

Burn safely
Set it on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, children, pets and anything flammable. Never leave it burning unattended, and stop when 1/2" of wax remains. Use the glass lid only once the candle is out and cool.

About our candles
Where does the aroma come from?
From essential oils only, never synthetic fragrance oils. That gives our candles a lighter, more natural aroma than fragranced candles.
What are they made of?
A soft blend of coconut and sunflower seed waxes, essential oils and a cotton wick, hand-poured into a glass jar with a lid. Paraffin-free, phthalate-free and vegan, with no artificial dyes.
How long does it burn?
About 20 hours in total. Burn it no more than 3 hours at a time, and stop when 1/2" of wax remains.
Why is the wax getting darker?
That's normal. The wax darkens from the heat as the candle burns.
